A square cream lace textile features a central plain woven section. A wide border of interlocking loops and mesh patterns surrounds the middle, forming an undulating edge with eight rounded lobes. Small human figures are worked into circular openings within the mesh. Symmetrical bands of thread bridge the central square to the ornate outer border. The uniform color highlights the intricate, delicate bobbin lace construction.
