A circular lacquer and nacre lid has a dense checkerboard pattern. Iridescent squares shimmer with green and silver tones, alternating with dark lacquer across the convex form. In the center, a metal flower bud handle sits on a base of four leaves. A solid dark rim finishes the edge. This repeating geometric design covers the disc, which tilts forward on a neutral gray background.
