Elizabeth II is in profile from the shoulders up, facing right, with a laurel wreath and a ribbon tied at the back. Surrounding her are the raised serif letters "ELIZABETH II REGINA". A border of small dots rings the polished yellow gold surface, which highlights the relief of the queen and text in warm yellow tones.
