A circular gold coin features the side profile of a man facing right, wearing a laurel wreath. Thick, coiled hair flows down his neck. Raised Latin text, "GEORGIVS . III . DEI . GRA .", curves along the textured surface. Small, vertical notches form a serrated border around the rim. The man's lips are set in a straight line, and his eye looks forward toward the inscription.
