One side of a gold coin features an inscription circling an image (see "Inscriptions" field). It depicts George II in profile from the shoulders up with a laurel wreath and long, wavy hair. The Latin inscription "GEORGIVS II DEI GRATIA" follows the curved upper edge, while "LIMA" is centered at the bottom. A raised, beaded border lines the circular rim of the textured, yellow-gold surface.
