One side of a gold coin features an inscription circling an image (see "Inscriptions" field). In the center, is Queen Anne in profile from the shoulders up with wavy hair gathered by a ribbon and a draped garment. The Latin inscription "ANNA DEI GRATIA" curves along the top edge, and "VIGO" is centered below her bust. A beaded border encircles the composition.
