A silver drachm depicts a relief profile bust of a man facing right. He wears an elaborate crown topped with a large, dotted sphere and a bird head holding a pearl. The figure has long, curly hair, a pointed textured beard, and a beaded necklace. Pahlavi script follows the coin's circular border. The metal has a dark gray and brown patina.
