A circular silver coin features a central relief of a tall altar with a flared base and horizontal bands, topped with rising flames. Two abstract figures flank the structure. A wheel-like symbol sits above the figure on the left. A border of raised beads follows the edge. The metallic surface is heavily worn and pitted. A red ink inscription reads 'LEL 99' near the top.
