A vertically oriented manuscript page features a column of black script with blue and gold initials, framed by a gold border. Delicate, winding vines with tiny leaves fill the margins. To our left, a figure in a green tunic and blue leggings plays a long horn. At the bottom, a spindly pink creature with red ribbons extending from its mouth lies among the foliage. Small birds and insects are scattered throughout the decorative borders.
