A vertical page of mottled cream paper features several sections of handwritten cursive script in black and blue ink. Nine lines of flowing black calligraphy fill the upper half, while a single line of bright blue script sits centered between gold bars. Below, two columns of text sit above two final horizontal lines. Gold accents decorate the strokes, and thin gold and colored borders frame the page.
