A vertically oriented manuscript page features fifteen horizontal lines of flowing black calligraphic script on muted tan paper. Towards the bottom, three lines split into two columns. A single word in the tenth line is written in blue ink, while small gold accents highlight the text. A thin gold and red border frames the composition, which shows a dark brown stain at the lower edge.
