A vertically oriented manuscript page features horizontal rows of Nasta'liq script, a style of Persian calligraphy, in black and gold ink on aged tan paper. A prominent blue horizontal stroke divides the center, positioned above two small boxes containing lines of verse. Shimmering gold text introduces a lower section. Dark brown stains mark the page, while a thin border of red, blue, and gold lines frames the entire composition.
