A vertically oriented cream page features thirteen horizontal lines of Persian script written in black ink. The flowing, elegant calligraphy is marked by numerous small dots and dashes. A thin border of gold and orange lines frames the text block. Several dark brown circular stains mark the aged paper on the left and near the bottom. The ink intensity fluctuates, with some words rendered in thicker, darker strokes that fill the space.
