A white porcelain plate features a blue underglaze willow tree. A thick, curved trunk arcs from the bottom, shaded in soft blue. Intricate clusters of drooping leaves fill the surface, defined by fine dark blue lines and lighter shading. Two horizontal, pale blue bands bisect the scene. The smooth glaze catches the light, highlighting varying shades of blue. This composition balances the heavy trunk with delicate weeping branches across the white surface.
