An off-white bone disk features a central hole surrounded by two concentric, incised grooves. The outer border consists of a repeating ring-and-dot motif, where small circles enclose a tiny central pit. Weathered and aged, the surface is marked with brown stains and pitted textures. The disk's uneven outer edge is chipped, revealing the natural grain of the material throughout its flat, circular form.
