A vertically oriented black ink etching on stained, off-white paper depicts two figures with light skin tones working a field. On our left, one person bends toward the earth, while near the center, another wearing a skirt uses a long tool. Tall, spindly trees with thin limbs surround the workers. Beyond a horizontal fence, gestural lines define a low hill in the background, adding texture to the sparse composition.
