A vertically oriented etching in black ink uses wispy, sketchy lines to depict a sloping hillside. In the middle ground, a dark figure hunches, back to us, over rows of tiny plants. Thin, spindly trees are scattered throughout, including a dark trunk curving upward on the left. In the distance, faint horizontal strokes create a sky above a body of water and low mountains, evoking a sense of quiet, open space.
