A vertically oriented etching depicts an agricultural landscape composed of sketchy black lines. In the lower half, two oxen walk rightward, while a man in the middle ground guides a team of oxen and a plow. To the left, a lone ox stands in a field. Tree-covered hills, rendered with dense, scribbled lines, fill the upper half. The loose, gestural linework creates a sense of textured movement throughout the scene.
