An amulet glazed in bright turquoise faience depicts a falcon-headed figure with a tapering, mummiform body. Facing right, the head features a hooked beak and prominent eye, while seven horizontal ridges detail the upper torso. Small circular holes are positioned at the top and base. The glassy surface is finished with a dark, speckled texture throughout. The vertical form tapers toward a thin, flat base.
